          There’s a short-lived moment of clarity where
          realization accompanies  the sweet soreness
          of good sex,     but the moment is soon gone,
          and she realizes that she really doesn’t care.

          Come  tomorrow  and  there  will be  no  hard
          feelings between the two.  A casual fuck now
          and then is bound to happen. It’s just another
          facet of Patrick and Selina’s relationship.

          Clothes are slipped on, makeup redone. Pat’s
          not bad, if her body has anything to say about
          prowess.  She waits until his eyes flutter open,
          lets a smirk upturn the corners of her mouth.
